1. The outdoor IP dome camera, including housing, shall be manufactured in the United States, per ISO 9001 certified procedures
2. Manufacturer of outdoor IP dome camera shall have a minimum offiveyears’ experience of successful manufacture and installation of systems equivalent in function to the system proposed herein
3. Installation contractor shall be factory authorized to install, service and maintain theoutdoor IP dome camera by the system manufacturer
4. Product must be Made in America and meet the requirements of the Buy American Act;Section 1605 of the American Recovery Reinvestment Act (ARRA)
1.05DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING
- Delivery, storage, and handling of the outdoor IP dome camera shall be in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations

A.The stainless steel outdoor pan-tilt-zoom dome high definition IP video camera (“stainless steel IP dome camera”) shall be an integrated ruggedized outdoor dome housing with integral pan-tilt-zoom mechanism and high definition IP video camera
