Please return the accompanying slip in an envelope, titled; after school activities, with the fee payable. Please note children in receipt of free school meals are not required to pay for activities.

All prices for the activities are based on a terms worth of sessions. This amounts to 10 sessions during the Autumn term.

Payment for clubs must be sent to the school office, or paid via Parentmail, cheques should be made payable to Warren Primary School.

In the event of rain or the non-availability of a Coach/Teacher a club will not be cancelled but an alternative activity will be offered. Your child will be given the choice as to whether they want to participate in the alternative activity or for their parent/carer to be contacted for them to be collected.

Your child will be issued with a slip informing you as to whether they have been allocated a place at the chosen club.

Clubs do have a maximum number of participants and places will be issued on a first come first served basis.

Therefore please return forms, with the required payment, promptly to avoid disappointment. Please note that in the event a club is oversubscribed preference will be given to children who did not attend the club during the previous term.

ALL forms should be returned to the school office by Monday 12 September 2016

Clubs will start week beginning Monday 19 September 2016.

Dear Parents/Carers,

Clubs start Monday 19 September 2016 and end on Friday 2 December 2016.

Club Rules:

1.  Siblings are not permitted to wait on the School premises whilst their brother/sister attends a club. Should this happen, your child will regrettably be withdrawn from the club.

2.  Please ensure that you collect your child promptly at the end of the after school activity. Failure to do so on more than 2 occasions will unfortunately result in your child being withdrawn from the club.

3.  Inappropriate behaviour and misconduct in any club will result in your child being withdrawn from the club.

If any parents/carers would like to set up an additional after school activity or assist at an established club, please inform the office. If you have any requests or contacts for additional clubs, please share these. Should you have any other queries or concerns regarding after school activities, please do not hesitate to contact me at the school office.
