The second is a General Scholarship for students pursuing any field of study at an accredited school of higher learning. Applications along with guidelines are available for both types of scholarships in the church office. For further information please contact Randy Autry at 706-507-5930.
CHRISTMAS OFFERING
Our Christmas Offering will go to Open Door Community House. They have many ministries to help the impoverished in our community in the name of Jesus Christ. Let us help them with the resources they need. You can get more information at their website: www.odch.org. Please make your offering out to the Wynnton UMC and mark for “Christmas Offering.” You may place it in the offering plate, send to church office, or give online.
Soles4Souls
Remember to bring your gently worn shoes to church so someone else can make use of them. Just tie the laces together or rubber band them and place them in the drop box behind the stage room off the main hall. Your shoes may wind up blessing someone across the world - or right here in our own community.
