Go MAD Thinking

MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR WORLD - We partner with organisations around the world that are seeking to accelerate results and enable change through empowering and engaging people to "Go Make A Difference". This requires our talented team of "Thinking Engineers" (yes, it’s a real job title) to design and facilitate a wide range of leadership, innovation and business transformation programmes that are both inspirational and practical in helping people think differently. Most importantly, they get results and that is something we are passionate about - helping our clients achieve measurable differences.

Rob Huntington

Rob joined Go MAD Thinking as a Thinking Engineer, having had extensive experience over that last 20 years in senior positions within the public sector. This included leading multi-disciplinary teams on high profile reviews of service delivery within local authorities, emergency and health organisations. His passion for innovation, the creative use of resources and the generation of possibilities to improve the quality of services in all sectors remain his key drivers. Rob is also passionate about helping people to develop, and his role at Go MAD enables him to apply his practical knowledge around the three key areas of efficiency, leadership and transformation. He uses his knowledge and a combination of the Go MAD Thinking System to encourage organisations and individuals to make a difference. Rob’s extensive background in business and cultural transformation has helped clients such as QBE Insurance, Co-Op, Cisco and numerous Central and Local Government Departments develop their organisations and culture to achieve measurable results.
