  • The minutes (draft or otherwise)of any SWEssex PCT Summary Care Record and TPP Release 3Project/Programme Board meeting held between 01.08.08 and 17.08.08,including minutes of the board meeting held on the 8th of August.
  • Any SWEssex PCT SCR Project/Programme Board Highlight Reports, Update Reports orProgress Reports created or updated between 01.08.08 and 17.08.08.
  • Any SWEssex PCT TPP Release 3 Project/Programme Board Highlight Reports, Update Reports orProgress Reports created or updated between 01.08.08 and 17.08.08.
  • Any SWEssex PCT SCR/TPP Release 3 Project Risk Logs, Issue Logs or Decision Logs created or updatedbetween 01.08.08 and 17.08.08.
