Our client is seeking a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Programmer Analyst based out of Canton, GA. Founded in 1986, this company is a global leader in manufacturing products and systems for cryogenic and heat transfer applications. This position will be supporting the manufacturing and inventory modules, and involves a set of dynamic responsibilities, including business process improvement, solutions design, development, and implementation, system configuration, development of systems interfaces, and debugging and troubleshooting application issues on a daily basis on a global scale. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
•Review and analyze user business processes and develop solutions in JDE – provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations with regards to functional design and implementation strategies.
•Work closely with users to identify areas where system functionality can be leveraged to drive business process efficiencies.
•Designing, developing, testing, and implementing core and custom applications in the EnterpriseOne environment.
•Working with other developers, business analysts, and key users to ensure applications meet development requirements.
•Participating in analysis and requirements gathering, design and coding meetings, project planning sessions, code and test plan reviews to ensure quality of requested deliverables.
•Effective training and support of business community where required.
•Effective coordination of projects and tasks across the Information Technology organization.
•Development of quality written technical design specifications and documentation.
•Troubleshoot issues and system bugs and provide direction for work-around, corrections and enhancements.
•Analyze and document business and technical requirements.
•Support project initiatives in the business functional area throughout their lifecycle.
•Ensure availability and performance of business applications.
Requirements:
•BS/BA in Computer Science or related area.
•5+ years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including programming experience, design, configuration, and user support for Inventory and Manufacturing modules.
•JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.0 experience preferred.
•Experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Toolset including Application, UBE, TC, BSFN, NER and Interface design, development and maintenance.
•Experience in developer unit testing including debugging.
•Excellent skills in oral and written communication and presentations.
•Strong customer service and communication skills.
•Experience working with business managers in order to evaluate current and planned business processes and initiatives.
•Work well on a team as well as being able to take a leadership role in domestic and international projects.
•Multi-Language skills are a plus.
