Ahhhhh…….
A message from our specialty chairperson, Sue Sommer
The countdown is on for what might be the last one-day specialty at Telfer. I am particularly focused on making this show a spectacular success BUT need all volunteers to let me know how to help. Right now we are still missing a photographer, although there is a back-up plan. So anyone with a leadon a professional dog show photographer, step right up.
I am also venturing into the trailer. If someone out there could possibly spruce up our obedience jumps (clean, probably some painting and tightening up) I will deliver them. Further help on the trailer will depend on if we're moving the stuff into a spiffy new trailer or just pimping the old ride.
As usual, wecan use help on the Friday dinner prep/clean-up and general clean-up. This is a super fun job! I have a few other vacancies in the volunteer roster if you are lost or jobless. My cell is 262-496-4433 and my email is .
One last thing: If anyone would like some save-the-date postcards orflyers, just ask. There are plenty of rookie Lab owners out there who just need an invite to our show. They might be able toparticipate in the CGC, and many can enter Beginner Novice. Our club has such a welcoming, fun event--I think it is a wonderful introduction to dog shows for a nervousnovice.
Thank you!
