President’s Report: Randy Campbell
  • Welcome Chris Billstrom as our new Boys' Registrar!
  • Season officially ended last week (July31): U15 was the last team to finish out the season.
  • It was a good season for United. Teams did well. Financially in good shape. No major complaints from coaches or parents. We have more players / teams signed up for next year.
  • Fall Teams need to be registered by August 13th. (All teams need to be entered into League One.)
  • Fall League: Games Start September 7th. Fall Tournaments will take place in Mequon, Appleton and Verona.
  • All team reps have been assigned for fall teams.
  • Some girls from U15 are interested in an additional Fall Tournament. (If the team does decide to do this, the team will sign up and pay independently for the tournament.)
U13 Boys made State League. Schedules in place.
*Waterfest on Thursday. 43 Volunteers signed up to help. Weather forecast looks good.
TOURNAMENTS FOR SPRING 2014: 3 Main Tournaments (A 4th tournament is optional to teams, but teams should not sign up for more than 4 tournaments.)
Of the 3 Tournaments, one will be held in Oshkosh, a second tournament is recommended to be in Verona or Appleton, and a third tournament can be the team's choice.
For overnight tournaments, it was suggested that hotels be in close proximityfor convenience for families and friends on different teams.
Spring tournament dates to be confirmed in January.
Uniforms:
New Jerseys and Shorts. New Logos on apparel. Cost is a bit higher. $89 for kit (adult size) and $82 for a youth kit. Kit includes jersey, shorts and socks.
U16 teams decided to keep their old uniforms.
~Received a bill from the Recreation Department for clean up charges from Spring Meeting. David will send them a check.

Treasurer’s Report: David Seekings
  • A copy of David's "Oshkosh United Financial Summary by League Season" was handed out to each board member present.
  • Acceptance letters have all been sent out.
  • Scholarship Applications are being reviewed.
  • Academy: Payments and Medical release forms are currently being collected.

Director of Coaching: Matt Callahan and Sohaila Akhavein
  • Academy is coming along.
  • New coaches will be assisting: Jim Youngwirth (Assistant Coach at North and Lourdes Girls Varsity Coach, Rob Mullen.
  • Excited about some "fresh talent" coming into the club.
  • In the process of reserving the Oaklawn Gym for practices.

Secretary: Sonya Reigh -
All players are listed and saved in soccer.com on team rosters. Players received new numbers. In December, Sonya will submit the new rosters and families can order their kits after receiving notification from soccer.com. (The uniforms with the new OU logos are expected to be ready for purchase at that time.)

Registrars: Jenny Ostertag and Chris Billstrom
Jenny is currently helping Chris learn all the procedures as registrar. Chris has agreed to be the boys' teams' registrar and Jenny will be the girls' registrar.
