09.00: Arrival of participants at Campus in Hasselt, Martelarenlaan

- student registration/login data, etc

- take picture + print student card

NOTE: if you already went to Hasselt and received your student card, you don’t need to come here today; just come to Diepenbeek and meet us on the stairs of main building D at 12.00.

11.00: Bus for Campus Diepenbeek

12.00: Photo-session (stairs building D)+ Lunch in Fitlink

13.00-14.30: Practical guide: information session (Room C 109)

- handing out welcome folders

- all kinds of procedures such as opening bank accounts,

registration town hall

- practical information

- Q & A

14.30-15:00: Cultural program (room C109)

- Overview cultural program
- Presentation of student societies

15:00-15:30: Session on the mandatory health insurance SIP (non-EU)

15:30-16:00: For students staying in Nierstraat: signing of your contract

16:00: Guided tour by student society ESN
