Hire charge £1-90/mile. But not prepared to operate a phone call advance booking system. Only want to operate trips for groups “point to point” to one destination.

One 10-seater and one 11-seater, fully accessible.
Tuesdays both used to go to centres, Dovers, Meadvale, Merstham, occupied most of day
Wednesdays as Tuesday, but one free after 14.00 and other after 15.00
Fridays as Tuesday, but one free after 15.00
Mondays ) both used for trips about 1 day in 10, otherwise available

Hire charge is £1-90/mile for the first 20 miles, then £1-00/mile.
Current users don’t have to be members. Vehicles come with driver and insurance. Already do occasional single trips, eg someone on dental visit. Keen to develop their service into what we want, recognises need, accords with their strategic plan. Prepared to operate a phone call advance booking system. Their committee discussed on 4/11 and agreed to take on in principle. They cannot determine the cost to them till explored further with us. Happy with all the points in your email to me of 28/10 but one issue is they cannot carry under 50s – we would have to find another organisation for any of our 67 who were under 50.

One vehicle. Replacing with new one on 5 November. Used all the time.
Horley Rotary Club
One vehicle, fully accessible, but need to remove bolts of back seat. Used most of time, most days. No hire charge, accept donations.

S E Surrey Spastics Group
One minibus, rather old, C registration, not up to long trips.
Used mainly by Shrewsbury Lodge, Merstham and Holy Trinity Church, Redhill. Not used every day and very rarely used all day.
Hire charge 60p/mile.
