ORDER SCHEDULING JUDICIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

The Court finds it is in the best interest of the parties to provide for the prompt and efficient administration of Justice. Accordingly, upon the Court’s own motion, it is

ORDERED that pursuant to Fla. Fam. L.R.P. 12.200(a) a Case Management Conference is scheduled for ______, 20____ at ______a.m./p.m. before the Honorable Joseph G. Foster, Circuit Judge, Courtroom TBA, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112;

  3. Amendments to pleadings
  4. Disclosure of related cases
  5. Mandatory financial disclosures
  6. Completion of parenting evaluations
  7. Completion of parenting classes
  8. Anticipated or pending pretrial motions
  9. Child support guidelines worksheet
  10. Disclosure of expert witnesses
  11. Disclosure of expert opinions
  12. Need for Daubert hearings
  13. Completion of mediation
  14. Consent to hearings by assigned magistrate
  15. Estimated trial date
  16. Length of trial, and
  17. Special problems or issues the Court needs to address;

And it is further

ORDERED that the appearance in person at the Case Management Conference by counsel of record and all parties is mandatory UNLESS an Agreed Case Management Plan and Order has been submitted to the Court for approval at least 10 business days in advance of the scheduled case management conference and an Order approving the Case Management Plan has been entered by the Court. If an Order is not approved by the Court prior to the case management conference, counsel of record and the parties are required to attend the case management conference and must bring their personal calendars.

Once approved by the Court, the Case Management Order is your official notice of dates, deadlines and required court appearances. The Case Management Order may not be modified except by leave of Court upon written motion filed prior to the pre-trial conference and upon a showing of good cause. Stipulations for continuance shall not change any deadlines or scheduled dates in the Order without court approval.

Counsel and parties are hereby cautioned that misconduct, failure to attend the Case Management Conference or noncompliance with the terms of this order may result in sanctions by the Court. Sanctions may include the assessment of special costs, including attorney’s fees, limit proof or witnesses, the striking of pleadings and/or the dismissal of the action, or take any other appropriate action.
