1.Information in respect of Sl. No. 1 of application:
As the Statement of Intent (SOI) parameters for which targets were fixed by SIDBI are different from the parameters for which information has been sought by the information seeker, the information sought by the applicant under parameter No. 1 to 3 is not available.
The information pertaining to parameter No. 4 for FY 2008-2009 and FY 2009-2010 is furnished in the Annexure. For the FY 2010-11 and 2011-12, no target was stipulated by the Bank for the said parameter under SOI.
The information relating to return on average assets and cost - income ratio, as requested by information seeker at parameter No. 5 & 6, are in the nature of trade secrets and no bonafide public interest would be served by disclosure of such information and also, the disclosure of such information would harm the competitive position of the public authority, hence exempted from disclosure u/s 8-(1)(d) of RTI Act, 2005.
2.Information in respect of Sl. No. 2 of application:
Information in respect of achievements under IT and Human Resource Management, as requested by the information seeker, are initiatives of the Bank to become more competitive among its competitors, and are in the nature of trade secrets and no bonafide public interest would be served by disclosure of such information and the disclosure of which would also adversely affect the competitive position of public authority, hence exempted from disclosure u/s 8-(1)(d) of RTI Act, 2005.
