Standard Pricing Table - Optus MobileFleet Service (SFOA) / 1 / 30 August 20161.About this Standard Pricing Table
(a)This is our MobileFleet servicestandard pricing table.
(b)This standard pricing table sets out all charges applicable to your use of the service.
(c)Charges are shown as a dollar amount followed by a dollar amount in brackets. The first dollar amount represents the charge before GST is applied, and the dollar amount in brackets is the GST inclusive charge.
(d)The meaning of the words printed like this is set out in theservice description or in theSME terms.
2.Establishment Fee
2.1In exchange for:
(a)establishing the service for you, and
(b)adding mobile services to your MobileFleet database when requested by you,
you must pay us your establishment fee for each mobile servicewe add to your MobileFleet database. The amount of your establishment fee is set out in the following table:

100 to 499 services / $6.50 ($7.15 including GST) per mobile service we add to your MobileFleet database
500 and above services / $6.00 ($6.60 including GST) per mobile service we add to your MobileFleet database
2.2As costs are incurred by us in establishing the service for you, you must still pay us establishment fees in accordance with clause 2.1 for mobile serviceswe add to your MobileFleet database, regardless of whether you choose to use the service.
3.Monthly Service Fee
In exchange for the service, you must pay us your monthly service fee in advance for each mobile service in your MobileFleet database at the start of each month. The amount of your monthly service fee is set out in the following table:

100 to 499 services / $4.00 ($4.40 including GST) per mobile service
500 and above services / $3.50 ($3.85 including GST) per mobile service
4.Additional Training Sessions
4.1If you request additional training sessions, you must pay us:
(a)$350 per hour ($385 including GST) for the duration of each additional training session, and
(b)our travel and accommodation costs.
4.2We will provide you with an estimate of our travel and accommodation costs.
4.3If you:
(a)fail to attend an additional training session, or
(b)cancel an additional training session less than 24 hours before that training session is due to commence,
you must pay us $350 ($385 including GST).
5.Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee is a dollar amount equal to the number of mobile services you delete from your MobileFleet database within a month, multiplied by your monthly service fee for that month, and then multiplied by the number of months remaining in your minimum term.
