1.About this Standard Pricing Table

(a)This standard pricing table, together with:

(i)Your application;

(ii)The SMB terms;

(iii)The service description; and

(iv)The appendices;

forms the agreement.

(b)You may obtain a copy of the latest version of the above documents (other than your application) on our website: or from us on request.

(c)Where you may be charged a fee, then this fee is set out in this standard pricing table.Please check this standard pricing table carefully to see what fees apply to your use of the service.

(d)The meaning of the words printed like this is explained at the end of this standard pricing table,in the service descriptionor in the SMB terms.

2.Payment Terms

(a)You must pay the charges for the service by direct debit payment from your credit card or nominated bank account.

(b)You must pay the charges even if you are unable to use the service or access the Internet.

3.Installation Fees

(a)We will charge you a $20.00 modem delivery fee for delivery of all modems. A $20 delivery fee also applies for delivery of all EMTAs supplied with a 6-month minimum term, except warranty replacements.

(b)We may charge you one-off installation fees to install the service and relevant equipment charges as set out in the table below.

(d)We may charge you a one-off installation fee and equipment charge if you connect to an ipPhone Premier service as set out in the ipPhone Premier standard pricing table.

(e)If you already have an approved DSL modem and plan to use your own existing DSL modem or telephone filters, you should check our list of approved equipment at to ensure the equipment you are using is compatible and approved for use with the service.

4.Pricing Plans
4.1What pricing plans apply to the service?

(a)You must pay us a monthly service charge each month for the term of the agreement.

(b)The pricing plans for the service are set out in the table below.

(c)The minimum term of each pricing plan is month to month, 6, 12 months or 24 months, depending on the offer you have selected in your application.

(d)If you comply with the terms of the 'yes' Business Rewards special promotion (see Specials in section 6 below) you will receive a discount on the monthly access fee for the service or an additional data allowance.The discounted access fees and additional data allowance are also indicated in the tables below.

(e)For customers who acquired the service before 10September2007; if you comply with the terms of the off-peak 'yes' Business Rewards special promotion (see Specials in section 6 below) you will receive a bonus data allotment for use during off-peak hours. The bonus data allotment is also indicated in the tables below.

(f)For customers who acquired the service between 10September2007 and 6September2008; if you comply with the terms of the 'yes' Business Rewards special promotion (see Specials in section 6 below) you may also receive free month(s) Broadband access. The free month(s) are also indicated in the tables below.

(ii)Data Allowance and Usage will be counted in Megabytes (MB) and includes both uploads and downloads. If you exceed your total monthly data allowance, access will be speed limited to 256kbps until the end of the billing month.

(iii)You may be charged a $50 plan downgrade fee if you are on contract and change to a broadband plan with a lower minimum monthly access fee at any time during the minimum term of your agreement.

(iv)Your plan includes a single subscription to Optus Security (described in clauses 6.4 ) at no additional charge.

(b)Pricing plans available to new and existing customers who connect to the service between 1October2012 and 30April2013.

(v)If you disconnect from the free 50GB broadband for any reason, you can remain on the $59.95 Business Advantage plan.

(vi)If you want to relocate the Free 50GB broadband you will be charged a relocation fee.
