OPINION QUESTIONNAIRE (Grammar Practice Activities, P. UR, Cambridge)

The class is divided into groups, each of which gets a different questionnaire; each member of the group has a copy of it. The groups disperse and reform in such a way that there is at least one representative of each of the original groups in every new group. Participants take turns to ask all the other members of the new groups their questions, and write down the answers. They then reform into the original groups to pool the answers they have collected, and formulate their results into complete sentences, such as:

20% of our class enjoy smoking.

30% of our class like driving fast.

Etc.
