Last call for Christmas cards. Please check the mailbox outside of Michael’s office for any cards you might have or be able to deliver.

Tuesday night Bible study has been moved! Starting this week our new time will be Thursday mornings at 10AM. We will continue with our study in 1 Peter.

Communion is next Sunday January 8.

Ladies are planning a baby shower for Laura on January 7 at 2PM here at Mulberry Grove. (She’s having a girl: Cara _____ Khol)

We will be having a Lego day at Mulberry Grove on January 14th from 2-4PM. Parents are encouraged to drop off their kids (ones old enough not to eat the Legos :-) or stay for the fun.

Mission Opportunity:

We will be collecting any usable shoes (adults and children) during the month of January. These will be delivered to the Salvation Army in Charlottesville to be used for homeless individuals. Please tie the laces together or secure them with rubber bands. Please do not leave them in shoeboxes.

Vision for 2017: Discipleship

My goal for our church in 2017 is that we all spend more time in prayer and in the Word. Since we sometimes lack in self-motivation, I challenge you to team up with someone this year as an “accountability partner”. If you have a hard time partnering up with someone see Michael and he will hook you up with someone.
