Ellon Meadows FC are looking to start coaching and developing the next generation of young stars.

Any children born in 2010who are actively interested in developing their football skills in a fun, friendly and safe environment are welcome.

Parents/ Guardians of any interested children should register their interest by emailing the address below with your childs name, date of birth and your telephone contact number

The first block of training sessions will be held in Meiklemill Hall on a Tuesday night from 1800 until 1900, dates to be confirmed,and there will be coaches on hand to run the sessions.

There will also be a meeting for the parents/guardians to discuss how the current development set up works and the requirements and commitments needed from parents and guardians going forward.

Ellon Meadows FC will also belooking for adult volunteers who have a desire to help assist the young players in their football development.(Details can be given on request)

Ellon Meadows Football Club was established in 1999 when Ellon Dons FC and Ellon Colts joined forces with the primary aim of encouraging and fostering the development of Juvenile Football in Ellon and surrounding area, and acquiring and maintaining the best facilities so that the highest levels of football can be accommodated.

The newly formed club sought to respond to the increasing demand for child/youth football opportunities in the Ellon area by providing a smooth transition from young players through to Juvenile eleven a side football in the Aberdeen and District Juvenile Football Leagues.

Ellon Meadows F.C. provide coaching opportunities for approximately one hundred and eighty members aged from under seven up to under nineteen.
Ellon Meadows Football Club were awarded the prestigious Quality Mark Standard Award by the Scottish Football Association in March 2008.

The SFA Quality Mark scheme requires clubs to demonstrate a level of organisation and commitment to quality, ensuring that all coaches are trained and qualified for their respective age groups and that Player Protection measures including PVG Disclosure Scotland checks for all coaches are in place.
