Treasurer – Concession $1,824.72, main account $5,082.50, Deposits this month $748 plus soccer registration $8,500. Expenses for the month include soccer league fees of $1,492, and monthly bills of $2,000.Approximate month end total $12,662.22. Motion to accept Johnathon Light, second Jeremy Goldizen
President – First weekend of soccer went great, no parent issues, no coaching issues. Jamie has done a great job at the complex, everything looks great.
Soccer – We will host U6 and U9 boy’stournaments, finals will be at Blanchester. We had to cancel Labor Day tournament due to lack of participation, perhaps look into doing it at the end of spring season. We currently have 140 soccer players. The goals a done but probably will not fit on trailer, $350 need Jeff's flatbed trailer. The extra nets are in the barn. Bethel parking is extremely dangerous. Picture schedule is out. We had a photo collage made to hang in the concession.
Baseball – Jr and senior county/city tournaments overlapped. We may not do city. Next meeting is January.
Softball – SOSLI new President KristernBennet, new VP Andy Dyer. Schedule will be cut to 12 games. Eliminating odd years is a possibility. How do we bring more softball? Be more like select. People wait to the last minute to see who is playing and coaching before they will sign up.
Basketball – CABLE meeting last night, we will be entering a couple of teams. We need to buy new rims for the 2nd and 3rd grade leagues for the old high school, we will vote on this next month. We will start sign-ups in 2-3 weeks.
Field report- Need to rent Bobcat next week to spread mulch in the back.
Approximately $178 for 8 hours.
VP – Found out who had the Haunted Woods facebook page and was able to become an administrator.
Kids Glove money – we will go to Kochs to make our selection. Take pitching rubbers and home plates out of the money and then the rest of the money will be divided amongst the teams that participated.
Haunted Woods – We have a list of stuff taken from the back; we will meet with the insurance company next week. Would like a bill board, radio ads, and two weekends?
Old Business
William Cowan (DJ) – junior wrestling and head coach for jr high last year. Motion to approve wrestling as new WJAA sport:

Vote in DJ as head of wrestling – 8 – Yes, 0 – No
You are expected to be at meetings, especially during your season. Will start at end of October, we will send out one calls/fliers. Cost will be $40 and wrestlers will be responsible for getting their own singlets – Vote -10 – Yes, 0 – No
Perhaps have a tournament in the future and then put that money back into the wrestling program. Build it to a full season sport with 5-7 tournaments.
We should be annexed on October 1st, police will have access to the facility.
