- Very few feedback forms return post September AGM. Reported disappointment with low rate of return
- Soulful Singing workshop was well received
- Sense of community felt good amongst group present
- Need for an educational component
- Sought more input and interaction with time capsule
- Proposal for more feedback though email prior to the end of November
- Venue was excellent, and potential place of return
- Ethics Module well received with positive feedback

- Meeting included representatives from Sudbury, Kingston, Ottawa, and Timmins
- Good discussion, helpful to have Ontario South West perspectives
- reported by Ken Gloade that it was nice to participate, even with location being a hinderance to participation.
- Doug Collins posed question seeking strategy to reach out to remote members in order to be a more effective organization
- Suggested by Sylvia Poetschke providing information to employers about the benefits of supporting chaplains in attending networking events, specifically highlighting how it will benefit organization of employment

- Ethical Investments, wait until James Hoffman is present.
- Issue of Ethical Investments initially raised by Sylvia Poetschke at September AGM, to move towards investment principals that more closely reflect professional values of CASC. Suggestion of Credit Unions, or Banks that offer Ethical Investments.
- Doug Collins suggests offering right of first refusal to present banking institution, if they have no ethical options for investment suggestion to move to another institution

- Beginning to plan for next year's AGM- looking to take place further North.
- Open invitation to members to submit input for next year's AGM
- Doug Collins suggested that the workshops offered at TOH be pushed to a wider audience, but understood that it is more for local attendance.

Timmins: Seeking to connect with someone to find out more information about government hiring of Spiritual Care Indigenous Elders- funding, availability, training, CASC recognized? Suggested for Ken Gloade to connect with Sylvia Poetschke.
Ottawa: Ann MacDonald sent email to Spiritual Care Directors in Ottawa region seeking information and news about what is going on at different institutions.
- Cornwall- new Chapel was opened
- St. Josephs Village hiring new Spiritual Care Coordinator.
- Bruyere launched new medical charting which includes chaplains. Spiritual Care App to use by employees sharing the 'Spiritual Care Tip of the Week' sharing inspirations and information about Spiritual Care services. / -Doug Collins to put this issue on the next agenda.
