Team Assistant
Assigned to international project

Siemens Mobility is a specialized department within Siemens group in the field of electrical transport, which covers the following range of products, systems and services in that industry: Railway Automation, Railway Electrification, Intelligent Traffic Systems, Turn-key systems; Rolling Stock, and Customer Services.
For our office in Sofia we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, responsible and proactive person with strong communication skills for the position of Team Assistant to an international project team for the period of the project duration (at least 28 months).
Your challenges:
∙ Provide support on essential administrative duties (maintain appointment calendar on a daily basis; schedule and coordinate meetings and events, organize business trips, preparing reports, preparing/editing presentations, distributing mails, organizing the supply with office materials; etc.)
. Project management office tasks – keeping track of all initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables.
∙ Design and type general correspondence, memoranda, charts, tables, and graphs. Be actively involved in document submission and document archiving processes.
. Keep contacts and communicate on a daily base with partners, customers, colleagues.
∙ Support the project team members (both internal and external to the company) in their work and coordinate their activities.
∙ Research and analyze information from different sources as required.
∙ Maintaining customer data base within the project activities.
∙ Organizes the participation of the team in different kind of events;
∙ Maintains good supplier relations, while protecting the Siemens interest;
Requirements:
∙ Relevant higher education – University degree
∙ Fluency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage;
∙ Excellent knowledge in MS Office;
∙ Previous experience on similar position would be considered as an advantage;
∙ Excellent oral and written communication skills;
∙ Excellent organizational skills;
