Quick Reference Guide

MyPay

MyPay allows you to view your pay stubs, W-2s 1095-Cs, and other pay related documents online through the URL by going to Baggot Street ( and then going to Hubs, My Worklife, Human Resources (HR), MyPay.

Accessing MyPay

There are two ways to access your pay stub information. Pick the best way, based on yourneeds:

  1. From any computer anywhere, using information provided to you at your time of hire:

Visit The sitewill ask for a user name and a password.

Enter User Name

Your User Name is your employee ID which is different than your network login.

Your employee ID is a six (6) digit number that would have been provided to you by your supervisor or Human Resources at your time of hire.

Enter Password

Your initial password will be randomly generated and would have been provided to you by your supervisor or Human Resources at your time of hire. You will use this password to log into MyPay the first time only. You will be immediately prompted to change your password.

  1. From Baggot Street ( the Mercy co-worker intranet site

If you haven’t visited Baggot Street before, you will be asked for your Mercy user name and password. These are the same credentials you use to log into your computer or access systems like Epic or Kronos. Baggot Street can be accessed from a Mercy computer or personal device.

Once you are logged intoBaggotstreet.mercy.net, select the Common Favorites drop-down arrow(left side of screen) and select Mercywide. You can now select to add My Pay to your favorites by selecting the star to the left of the item or selecting the My Pay link to launch the application.

Logging In

Enter User Name

Your User Name is your employee ID which is different than your network login.

Enter Password

Your initial password will be randomly generated and would have been provided to you by your supervisor or Human Resources at your time of hire. You will use this password to log into MyPay the first time only. You will be immediately prompted to change your password.

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link. You will be prompted to changeyour password. If you get an “Access Denied” error, you have been locked out – please wait 15 minutes and try logging in again. If you still are unable to get logged in, please contact the MTS Service Center at 866-440-3399.

Viewingyour Documents and/or Paystubs in MyPay

All available electronic documents can be viewed by following the directions below:

  1. Click on the document type that you wish to view in the View My Documentssection

(Example: My Paystubs allows you to view your paystubs).

  1. Once you select the document type, you can filter by document year or select Show All.

3. Click the View icon to view your selected document.

4. You have the option to open or save the document.

5. If you select Open, you can view and print your document. To print your document, either right-click on the document and choose to print or use the Adobe toolbar icon showing a printer.

  1. Close this window to return to the MyPay web site.

Electronic Delivery Settings

Notify Me, By E-mail and/or Send Copy of Document via E-mail

MyPay allows you to request an e-mail notification when you have direct deposit pay stubs or other electronic documents available for viewing. It also allows you to have acopy of some of those documents e-mailed to you in an encrypted PDF format (not available for all document types).

  1. Click on the MyDelivery Optionslocated in the left hand side of the screen.
  1. Your Mercy e-mail address will auto-populate in the primary e-mail addressfield (if you have one). You may also choose a personal email address to receive notifications if you don’t have Mercy e-mail. In addition, you can enter a personal e-mail address in the secondary e-mailaddress field to have thee-mail notification sent to another e-mail address inaddition to the primary e-mail address.
  1. If you want to receivecopies of your electronic documents through the MyPay web site, select ‘Yes’ to opt-in for web delivery. If you do not want to receivecopies of your electronic documents through the MyPay web site, select ‘No’. An Email confirmation will be sent to the Email address on file through MyPay. You will also receive an Email notification each time new electronic documents are published.
  1. If you want to receive copies of your electronic documents as an encrypted PDF attachment to an Email, select ‘Yes’ to opt-in for email delivery. If you do not want to receive copies of your electronic documents as an encrypted PDF attachments to an Email, select ‘No’. An Email confirmation will be sent to the Email address on file through MyPay. You will also receive an Email notification each time a new pay stub is emailed to you(this option is not available for all document types). Set your PDF Password with the ‘I Forgot My PDF Password” or “Change My PDF Password” links.

Note: When you receive your pay stub via Email, you will need to enter the password you have chosen in order to open it.

  1. Click Submit to save changes.
  1. A Green Checkmark will appear next to the delivery option(s) you have elected, in the left menu.

View Pay Stubs

If you elect to have an e-mail notification sent to you when you havenew documents available for viewing, you will receive the below e-mail notification. You can click on the MyPay link in the e-mail notification toget to the MyPay login screen. You will need to login to the MyPayweb siteto view your pay stub.

View Electronic Documents via E-mail(for available document types)

If you elect to have the document e-mailed to you in an encrypted PDFformat, you will receive the below e-mail notification.

Double Clicking on the attachment will open the encrypted pay stub.

A prompt willappear asking for the password you have selected. Enter the password and click OK.

The document will open an encrypted PDF format and you can print by clicking on the printer icon.

Change Secondary E-mail

You can update or delete your secondary e-mail address in MyPay, for any document type, at any time. Justreturn to the MyDelivery Settings section and replace or remove your secondary e-mail address for the desired document(s). Then click submit.

Log Out

You must click the Log Out option on the menu bar when you are finishedwith MyPay. This will ensure that they have logged out of your account and will return you to the login screen. MyPay will automatically time out after 3 minutes of inactivity.

General Troubleshooting & Software Requirements

Below is a list of software requirements.

Browsers

  • Internet Explorer (versions 11, 10, 9 or 8)
  • Firefox (version 10 or newer or higher)
  • Chrome (version 10 or newer)
  • Safari (version 5.1 or newer)

NOTE: Mac users must use Firefox or Safari and pop-up blocker must be turned off.

  • Adobe Reader (version DC, 11, 10 or 9) or Adobe Acrobat version 11, 10 or 9 must be installed for all users using a browser that does not include built-in PDF viewing support.

Issue: After clicking the magnifying glass to view my paystub, the paycheck stub does not open

Resolution: If your document does not open, ensure that your internet browser is allowing pop-ups to be viewed for this site.

Mobile Viewing

Simplified mobile browser view on iPhone and Android mobile devices for end-user functionality is available. NOTE: If document is not opening after selecting the magnifying glass, make sure that Safari pop-up blocker is turned off. Go into Settings, Safari, and make sure that the “Block Pop-ups” is turned off. If prompted to open a pop-up window, select Allow.
