Online Ordering Instructions

All orders are placed on our website .

Please go to the site to set up your user account if this is your first time using the site. You may set it up by clicking on the login button and registering as a new user for the Mercedes Benz Superdome. Once your registration is approved (could take up to 24hrs for approval).Please follow the steps below to place an order.

If you have previously set up an account, you may use the same login information. If you do not remember it, call Carol Hernandez @ 504.558.6278. Please do not register again.

1. Login with your username and password.

2. Click on the “Place Order” link underneath the Superbowl logo.

3. Select the date of the event and click on the underlined name of the event. For each day you will have multiple events. For example, Friday will have (2) events & Saturday will have (3). You have to order per game and we will deliver accordingly. No exceptions!

4. Select your suite number.

5. Click on the menu category of choice.

6. Add the menu items you have selected. All menu items serve 12 guests.

7. When you have completed selecting the menu items, click on “Check Out”. You will be able to review your order, make any changes if necessary or make any special notations or requests.

8. Credit Card information will be requested. ALL orders must be paid in advance with a major credit card. A “Card Label” will be requested, please “label” your card the date of the event & which game you are ordering ((12-7-12 5A) to ensure proper billing. Any additional charges incurred during the event will be charged to the credit card provided.

9. Please indicate the name of the person or persons that are authorized to place additional food and beverage orders on event day.

10. Please check the box and agree to the venue’s policies.

11. Click on “Complete Check Out”. At this time you should receive a confirmation order number. If you do not, the order was NOT processed. When we receive your order and review it, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your order was received. If you do not receive it please contact Carol Hernandez at 504.558.6260 to verify that your order has been received.

• After the deadline has passed you may still order from our event day menu.

• Cancellation Policy is (2) business days prior to event.

• Orders must be placed online and secured with a credit card.

• You may pay with a company check but the check must be delivered by Monday, Dec. 3.

• Menu items will serve (12) people/servings. Packages will serve (16)

• You should place an order per game. For example, Friday has two events 1A & 4A. You should place your order for the game in which you want your food delivered.

• Once the order is placed, we can not change delivery times. For example, you place an order for the 4A game but you arrive early and you want it for the 1A game. We will NOT be able to make that change.

• If you need to pay with two different credit cards, you may do so by setting up two different accounts and placing two different orders.

• Alcohol will be available for reordering during the event.

• Food & non alcoholic beverages will also be available for reordering

• You should get an order confirmation number when you complete the order successfully. You will also receive a BEO via email with your order itemized. If you do not, the order was not placed and you should check your shopping cart.
