We are recruiting for Senior Support Worker (Communicator Guides) from areas local to Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Welwyn Garden City Tring, Bishop Strotford, St Albans Hemel Hempstead, and Watford to support the following individuals:
- A Gentleman that resides in the Tring area and would require support for 2 hours per week. This gentleman’s independence is very to him; he enjoys nothing more than going for long walks and exploring his local community and would like support to do this once again.
- A lady who lives in the Bishop Stortford area is looking to be supported for 2 hours per week. Fortnightly, she would like to access the local community more independently to go to her local supermarket to do her grocery shopping without having to rely on her daughters support.
- A gentleman is also looking to be supported for 2 hours per week in the Waltham area. He would like to be supported to visit the Lee valley park to go for walks and other local points of interests like Middleton house. He likes to go to café’s for coffees and is a keen football fan.
- Another gentleman would like to be supported to access and exercise at his local gym and also take in a show at his local theatre. He lives in the St Albans area and would need support for 3 hours per week.
- This gentleman is supported for 3 hours per week. He enjoys accessing the community in his local area of Cheshunt; He would like to be supported to go for walks in local parks and open spaces and enjoys visiting the pub for lunch and a pint of beer.
- This gentleman would like the support for 2 hours per week to help him access the community and build his confidence when visit new environments. He enjoys visit café for coffees and playing cards. This service is located in the Watford area
- A lady who lives in Welwyn Garden City. She enjoys nothing more than getting out and about. She is a very friendly person with a Whitty sense of humor who thrives on the company of others. When in the community she enjoys visiting garden centers, going for coffee, and also going to the pub for a glass of wine and to have lunch. She would require to be supported for 2hrs per week.
- Finally a lady who resides in Hemel Hempstead would like to be supported to visit her local shopping Centre. She likes to be supported to be independent to purchase her own shopping and also visit a local café where she likes to socialize.
