Guestfolio Change Request Document
This document was created for you to provide input on your Guestfolio Mobile Concierge. To make sure we’re on the same page during the building process we ask that you refer to items on your Mobile Concierge with the following terminology so we can get everything going as quickly as possible.

Should you wish to schedule certain listings to appear only during a specific timeframe during the year, (i.e. Summer (May - Oct) &/or Winter (Nov – April), please let us know. / Guestfolio is also designed with the ability to hidetabs from a certain reservation code or Condition. E.g. If you wish to HIDE a tab from guests who are not traveling with children, we can set that up for you. Please advise. / What is your preference regarding the “request” call to action (CTA)?

**Terms & Conditions**
•Change requests are limited to two rounds maximum during the initial setup phase. After two rounds of changes, charges apply**.
•Once your account is live, you’ll get 2 hours of content changes per quarter (up to 8 hours per year). Updating a listing can take 2-10 minutes to update depending on the request.
