29th May 2015 (and depending on clearance of a back-log of work)
Minimum commitment we require from you (eg 1 day per week for 6 months). If any.
5 hours a week (for 3 months if available 5 hours a week)
Objective(s) of your volunteer role
To assist in recording data for Gift Aid Claims.
Tasks
·  To assist in administrative duties to help maximise the Scottish Wildlife Trusts income
·  To assist in the logging of data for the Scottish Wildlife Trusts administrative purposes
Description of the personal attributes/skills/qualifications required
·  A fast and accurate typing speed.
·  A keen eye for detail
·  PC literate in Excel or Access
·  The ability to work for long periods of time without assistance
Support/training?
There will be training on the in-house Raiser Edge database
There will be someone on hand to assist with any support 90% of the time

We will get candidates in for an informal chat as you apply.
Can SWT provide expenses e.g. for travel or branded clothing?
Help with public transport may be given to those traveling on Lothian Buses.
Will you want references for volunteers before appointing or PVG disclosure?
A reference may be sought, but this can be from an educational setting.

There are no age restrictions and there is disabled access to office premises and wheelchair accessible facilities.
