On page 6, lines 19 through 22, by deleting all underlined language between "month." and the ";"; and
On page 6, line 23, by inserting after "means" the following: "medical histories,"; and
On page 25, by deleting all underlined language beginning on line 21 through line 14 on page 29 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"For an employee hired on or after July 1, 2001, the disability requirements, procedures, and benefits shall be the same as provided under KRS 61.600, except that:
(1)For an incapacity in the line of duty, the incapacity shall be the result of injury or accident arising out of or in the course of employment; and
(2)For an incapacity not in the line of duty, the incapacity shall be the result of bodily injury, mental illness, disease, or condition other than at or in the course of employment."; and
