Description of Presentation Choices

DO NOT INCLUDE INTERVIEW ANSWERS IN YOUR PRESENTATION!

Use the musician’s name instead of Old School/New School.

Powerpoint- The powerpoint must include a separate slide for each required category. In other words you should have one slide for OLD SCHOOL ARTIST BIO or NEW SCHOOL SONG ANALYSIS. You need to include at least 4 pictures, hyperlinks to your songs, animation, citations, and a title page.

Prezi – You will need to go to www.prezi.com and sign up for a free account. All you need is an email address. Your prezi presentation should include all of the same requirements as the powerpoint, except that in Prezi, you can insert actual youtube videos. It is super easy!!

Poster - Create an attractive poster that includes the information in all of your required categories. QR tags will be demonstrated in class. These will allow me to scan them on my phone and listen to your selected songs.

I-MOVIE – Do not do this unless you are familiar with how the i-movie program works! Dress up like your new school musician and create a video that tells the listener the information required for the project. Please see ME if you are interested in completing this style of presentation.

BROCHURE – Create a brochure that includes all of the required information. You may use any layout that you want as long as it contains all of the information.
