  • makes unique, engaging, creative contributions that disrupt the norm and meet a proven need. These innovations could take the form of a concept, project, tool, solution, program, pedagogy, method, and so on.Thisindividual also supports the innovation efforts of internal and external colleagues, partners, and organizations.
  • cultivates mutually beneficial internal and external partnerships and collaborations with the objective of advancing the quality and success of online education in the State of Oklahoma through leadership, sharing resources, modeling effective practices and processes, training, and mentoring at home and external institutions.
  • engages in continuing assessment of the effectiveness of online education programsand has established processes for sustaining and scaling those initiatives as evidenced by measurable indicators. Endeavors to advance the quality and success of online education in the State of Oklahoma meet demonstrated needs of stakeholders and have been tested, proven effective, and shown to make a significant and sustainable impact.
