HEIGHT DIVISIONS:
Exhibitors are responsible for entering the proper height divisions. In the Regular classes, dogs may be entered at the jump height for which their measurement qualifies them or a higher jump height, if the exhibitor chooses. In the Preferred classes, however, dogs must run in the jump height for which their actual measurement qualifies them.

Wait List for Withdrawn Entries after the Closing Date/Time:
GLTC is offering a Wait List to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after the trial’s closing date/time. A maximum number of 100 RUNS will be placed on the club’s wait list.
All entries, including wait listed entries, must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to
March 2, 2016 at 8:00 pm.
Any entries withdrawn that are received by March 6, 2016 6:00PM will be replaced by a wait list entry if any are available. If a withdrawn entry is replaced by a wait listed entry, a full refund will be issued for the withdrawn entry. Any wait listed entry (runs) that do not move off the wait list into the trial by March 7, 2016 6:00PM will receive a full refund.

Ring 3 - 8:15 am – Novice FAST, T2B followed by EXC/Master JWW
All classes (Except Ex/Master FAST) will be run 8”-26” all days.
Ex/Master FAST will run 12”, 16”, 20”, 24”, 26”, 4” then 8” to help avoid conflicts.
Being that this year is a 990 limit I am sure we will have to juggle the schedule some so please keep that in mind that more “tweeking” will probably be required after closing.

There is a fee for parking at the Ky Fairgrounds.
When you enter the fairgrounds from any gate, you will turn right onto a one-way road
that encircles the entire area. All parking areas are accessible from the road.
The closest parking to Broadbent Arena is in the “J” lot.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS
THE SAFETY OF DOGS is our primary concern. By entering these trials, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely.
SHOW HOURS each day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. A charge of $25.00 will be made for each returned check for either club.
TELEPHONE, EMAILED, FAXED, INCOMPLETE AND UNSIGNED ENTRIES cannot be accepted.
ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS OR PHOTOCOPIES OF ENTRY FORMS without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official
AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Unsigned entries or entries missing information will be returned.
ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT FEES will not be accepted. Entry fees: $25.00 first entry each day and $18.00 for second, third or fourth entry for same dog, same day (includes $3.50 AKC recording fee for first entry and $3.00 entry for every additional run)

NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE ACCEPTED, WHICH SPECIFIES ANY CONDITIONS AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE. Express mail entries must include signature permitting them to be left at the secretary’s address without recipient’s signature.
ENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Trial Committee. If because of extreme weather, riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the trial, no refund of entry fees will be made.
ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after trial has closed

JUDGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR DOGS. The owner of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. If handlers have a ring conflict and so inform the gate steward, every effort will be made to accommodate you.
Greater Louisville Training Club, Inc., its agents etc., assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers or to any of their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for injury to children.
BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. There will be a refund of entries due to bitches which come in season after trial has closed and for dogs injured prior to March 17 upon written certification by a Veterinarian minus a $3 per class fee. An injury is any wound or damage to the body resulting from physical activity. Some common injury types are: cut, abrasion, fracture and burn. Sprain and strain injuries to muscles, joints and connective tissues are classified as injuries. Notification must be in the hands of the Trial Secretary no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial.
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHEN IN THE RING OR IN THE DESIGNATED WARMUP AREA. Exhibitors are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior, may, at the discretion of the trial committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such cases, no refund of any fees will be made. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates at all times except when in the ring or when in the designated agility warm-up area. All exhibitors must pick up dog waste everywhere on the show grounds. The site will be monitored and offenders will be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be made.
MOVE-UPS: Dogs may be moved up at the request of the owner as a result of qualifying for an agility title, provided that the request is made to the Trial Secretary in writing. (E-Mail is acceptable.) All move-ups for the weekend must be received by the trial secretary no later than Monday, March 14, 2016 at 6PM. Day to day move-ups will be accepted over the weekend. No moving down or changing or height after closing except as specified in Chapter 1 Section 21 of the AKC Regulations For Agility Trials.
This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with
the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred
Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners
listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds. Bitches in season,
aggressive or blind dogs or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury or illness
which may affect the dog's physical or mental performance are ineligible to
participate.
