The General Authorities of the Church, the Area Authority Seventy, and the officers of the stake and
Ward or branch are to be presented for sustaining at the annual ward or branch conference.
A member of the stake presidency or an assigned high councilor is to present the full names of the
officers for sustaining. The ward or branch clerk should complete this form in time for review by the
priesthood leader who will use it. After the conference, the ward clerk should give this form
to the stake clerk to be included in the Stake/District Historical Summary (32299).
