Responses are to be returned as follows: hand deliver with a cover letter, company profile, CV`s of Key management, financial proposals, past experiences and certified copies of company registration, Social Security Commission good standing certificate, good standing Certificate from Inland Revenue, shareholding certificates, SME certificate, Employment Equity certificate, Value-Added Tax Registration Certificate,

Ask for clarifications when evaluating proposals received; reject company profiles or removing non performing vendors from the list.
