N O T I C E

Applications are invited from Indian citizens as defined in Part-II of the Constitution of India in prescribed proforma as given below for SAE (Mechanical)-1 post reserved for SC.

Candidates have to submit following documents along with their application form:

1. Self attested Xerox copies of certificates in support of age and required educational qualification and experience certificate.

2. Two attested copy of stamp size photograph.

3. One self-addressed (in block letter) envelope affixing stamp of `5/-

4. Candidate belonging to SC categories shall compulsorily submit attested copies of SC certificates issued by competent authority.

5. It is advisable that the candidates should submit application preferably by hand in the office to avoid postal delay if any Bankura Municipality shall not give any receipt of application and the candidate shall have to drop their envelope (closed) in the drop box kept for the purpose.

6. The outer envelope containing the prescribed application format and other documents shall be addressed to the Chairperson , Bankura Municipality, P.O.+Dist. – Bankura, PIN – 722101. On top of the envelope it should be clearly written, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SAE(Mechanical)”.

8. Candidates having higher qualification than minimum requirement can apply but the scale of pay shall remain unchanged.

9. The date, venue for the selection test shall be communicated by the Municipality.

10. Any application which is incomplete in any aspect shall be rejected outright.

 Mere submission of application does not confer any right upon the candidate to be called for the Selection Test.

 No receipt of application will be given by BankuraMunicipality

Any attempt of canvassing/ imposing influence upon the authority would result in cancellation of candidature.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

 The authority will not hold any responsibility for postal delay. No belated request for acceptance of application can be entertained.

 Any attempt of Canvassing / imposing influence upon the authority would seriously be viewed.

 The candidature would be accepted only provisionally. In case any requisite qualification / criteria is not found substantiated, the candidature will be cancelled and the authority’s decision shall be final.
