The Deputy Executive Engineers and Non Technical Personnel Assistants of Irrigation & CAD Department whose names are indicated in the ANNEXURE A & B to this order will retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation on the dates noted against their names during the calendar year 2011 without prejudice to the disciplinary cases / enquiries, if any, pending against them and also subject to the condition that disciplinary proceedings shall continue against them under Article – 351 of A.P. Pension Code Rule-9 (2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 even after their retirement.

They are request to arrange for the relief of Deputy Executive Engineers and Non-Technical Personnel Assistants working in their Circle / Unit on the date of retirement mentioned under column no.6 of the ANNEXURE A & B by making local arrangements under intimation to this office.
The Circle / Unit officers are also requested to verify the names of the Deputy Executive Engineers and N.T.P.As and particulars mentioned against their names in the ANNEXURE A & B and if any discrepancy is noticed addition to be made or correction required the same may be brought to the notice of this office before 20.01.2011 for issuing necessary orders.
The Deputy Executive Engineers and N.T.P.As are directed to get themselves relieved on the date of their retirement mentioned against each under column no.6 of the ANNEXURE – A & B appended to the said proceedings by handing over the charge of the post held by them as per the order of the concerned circle / unit officers.
If no proposals are received before 20.01.2011 it will be presumed that no omissions addition or corrections are required in respect of the circle / unit offices and the officer would be held responsible for the consequences that will arise on account of not pointing out the same.
The receipt of this proceedings shall be acknowledged in the first instance.
