MEMORANDUM

For close monitoring of implementation of SGRY, NFFWP, NREGP and other development schemes and for ensuring availability of rice during the lean season, the following mechanism has been drawn up:-

i).Submission of Fortnightly Report by BDOs in the format supplied by this office vide No. 3(2)/DM/D/DEV/2006/6926-33 dated 31001-2006. The reporting dates are 6th and 21st of every month. The reporting period is from 6th to 20th and from 21st to 5th of the next month. This pattern is to be followed for every month up to July 2006.

ii).Submission of Weekly Report by SDMs as per the points listed vide this office letter No.F.3(155)/DM/D/ DEV/2006/7368-76 dated 22-02-2006.

iii).Submission of Fortnightly Report by DFO, Manu/Ambassa, Deputy Director, Fisheries/PGP/ARDD/ Agriculture, ZDO, TTAADC, Dhalai Zone, Ambassa, Executive Engineer, (PWD), TTAADC, Executive Engineer, RD, Dhalai in the format as reflected in the letter vide No.F.3(155)/DM/D/DEV/2006/7297-7311 dated 20-02-2006. The reporting period is from 6th to 20th and from 21st and 5th of the next month.

iv).Fortnightly Report by BDOs on status of Drinking Water Sources in VULNERABLE areas.

2.Besides, for close monitoring of incidents of water borne diseases, the following reports would be submitted by all BDOs & Chief Medical Officer, Dhalai.

i).Fortnightly Report by Chief Medical Officer, Dhalai on incidents of Diarrhea.

3.All the Implementing Agencies and SDMs should ensure that the above mentioned reports are submitted as per the format in due time. In an event of failure of any Agency to submit report, the matter would be brought to the notice of the Government.
