TENDER NOTICE
Tender Notice inviting bids from the reputed agencies/contractor engaged in the field of out sourcing is issued for providing the services of one Skilled Carpenter to be engaged on contract basis as per the Government of NCT Delhi wage rates in this office, as per details given below on the following terms and condition(s0:-

5. / Qualification / Should be 8th pass, should have at least 2-3 years work experience in carpentry trade.

Terms and conditions
1.The candidate to be engaged should have experience in carpentry work.
2. The agency will properly verify the character and antecedents of the candidate to be deployed along with a certificate and issue a photo identity card.
3.The agency will provide suitable substitute well in advance if the person deployed proceeds on leaves the job in between or his performance not found satisfactory.
4. The manpower supplied by them shall have no right, whatsoever, for any benefit compensation/ appointment in this office on temporary/ad-hoc/daily wages/regular basis as on date or in further on the basis of contractual work done by him/staff deployed.
5.Working hours would be from 9.30 AM to 5.00PM on all days except closed days.
6.The agency will be responsible for payment of wages in respect of the manpower provided by them in this office. The agency will submit a proper bill to this office in triplicate at the end of each month for reimbursement. The bill submitted by the agency must include attested copy of attendance of the present month, proof of payment of wages to each personnel in the preceding month including depositing of PF, ESI, etc. The payment would be made after certification by the officer with whom the person is attached confirming that the services rendered were satisfactory and attendance as per the bill submitted by the agency, Service Tax, PAN No., duly printed on the bill.
7.The personnel may be called on any gazetted holidays, if required in case of exigency of office work.
8. The manpower should be supplied within 5 days of award of contract.
9.The last date for submission of tender from 09th February upto 3.00 PM.
10. The decision of the competent authority to accept the tender/otherwise will be final and cannot be enforced.
