In pursuance of the Director, Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Assam’s W.T message No.DS- 1/2011/40 DTD 1/10/2011 containing monthly allocation of S.K.Oil(blue dyed), I, Shri K.C.Kalita ACS, Deputy Commissioner Darrang, Mangaldai and Licensing Authority, Mangaldai in exercise of power conferred upon me by clause 26-read with clause 28(b)of the Assam Public Distribution of Articles Order,1982 do hereby make the monthly allocation of S.K Oil to the sub whole seller (S.K Oil Depot)for the month of Oct./11, Nov./11 and Dec/11 at one go as shown below for the impose of lifting from concerned Oil Companies and ultimate distribution amongst the consumers under PDS/TPDS.

13) All President/Secretary of Gaon Panchayat of Darrang District.
14) All Inspecting Staff of Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Mangaldai Sadar Sub-Division. They
are directed to keep strict vigil and monitor the lifting and distribution of PDS S.K Oil as per revised
Govt. guide lines and to ensure decantation as well.
