No Pets: Pets of any type are prohibited. Security deposits will not be returned if any pets are known to be in the unit during the rental period.
Linens and Towels: For weekly rentals only: Upon arrival, a supply of linens and towels will be provided.
Telephone: Local Calls Only: Calling cards or credit card are needed for long distance.
Departure Cleaning: Departure cleaning is provided for 7-day rentals. Rentals less than 7 days will be charged and additional $50.00.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. If the unit is re-rented for the requested rental period, a 100% refund will be provided. Weather, Act of God and other events: In the event there is a mandatory evacuation or inability to occupy the rental unit due to weather, act of god, fire, flood, or other events beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the owners, the maximum liability for a claim, loss expense, or damage, shall in no event exceed sums actually paid by the renter to the owner. The owner will not be liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the Rental Agreement.
Liability: Renter(s) agree to rent unit at their own risk and shall hold Owner harmless for any liability, suits, or legal means to bring suit against Owner.
Sand Dunes Water Park is privately owned and is NOT available for use by my guest. The Health Club is open to the public & my guests must pay a daily or weekly rate.
