Reasons to come visit the Card Office:

·  Get your first time card.

·  Get a new replacement card.

·  Pick up the Merchant of the Week coupon.

·  Learn about services available with your FSUCard.

·  Check lost or found for card.

·  Add value to Smart Chip.

·  Make payments for Tuition, FSUCard, Library, Orientation, Telecommunications, Housing, and Parking fees.

·  Receive complimentary copy of Milestone Calendar (while supplies last).

What to Bring with You:

·  Photo identification (valid driver's license, military ID, or current passport) when visiting the FSUCard Center for your first card.

Fees:

·  There is a $10 student fee for your first card and a $15 charge for any replacement cards issued. There is no charge for legal name changes.

·  Annual Student Card Fee

The FSU Board of Trustees has approved an annual $10 student card fee to be implemented beginning Spring semester 2008. It will be billed as an “Annual Card Fee” to students’ tuition as $5.00 for the Spring semester and $5.00 for the Fall semester. This fee will allow for the improvement and expansion the FSUCard Program, enhancement of card technology on campus and continuance of popular services, such as the publication of the free Milestone academic planner.
