- Public Comment: Kim Fairbanks expressed concern about the possibility of creating an after-school program. The concerns included but were not limited to location, safety, a person to do it, and whether it was financially worth it.
- Superintendent’s Report:
- Brian Guthrie’s visit went well.
- School Enrollment is currently at 77.
- November Discipline Report- 13 total detentions, 5 for homework, 8 for behavior.
- End of 2nd Quarter – December 19th
- Christmas Concert - December 16th @ 6:30 pm
- Christmas Break – No School December 22nd- January 2nd, 2015. (School Resumes January 5th, 2015)
- Next Board Meeting – January 12th,2014 @7:30 pm.
- ROE #13 Annual School Board Dinner – Monday, February 23rd, 2015 at Bretz Winery in Carlyle at 6:00 pm. Mark and Jeff both expressed interest in attending.

- First reading of School Board Policies recommended by PRESS from IASB. No motion taken.
