Number of Thru Lanes to be Closed EB: 1-2
Number of Thru Lanes to be Open EB: 1

Turn lanes will be closed @ NW 79, 82, 84 & 87, open onto and off of SR 826
Work Scope: Hydro-Blast Striping Removal, Re-Striping, Traffic Phase 1B MOT Devices & Signage
8-03-12 (Friday night): Hydro-Blast Striping Removal, Re-Striping, Traffic Phase 1B MOT Devices & Signagewest of SR 826 to a location between NW 79thAve. & NW 82nd Ave.
8-04-12 (Saturday night): Hydro-Blast Striping Removal, Re-Striping, Traffic Phase 1B MOT Devices & Signage west of NW 82nd Ave. to a location between NW 84th Ave. & NW 87nd Ave.
8-05-12 (Sunday night): Hydro-Blast Striping Removal, Re-Striping, Traffic Phase 1B MOT Devices & Signage west of NW 84th Ave. to a location between NW 87nd Ave. & NW 89thCt.
Traffic Control Plan: See attached.
Notes: FDOT Standard Index618 will be utilized for necessary lane closures to isolate nightly work zones.
NIGHT 1: 9:00pm to 7:00am (FRIDAY)
9:00 pm: Closing 2 lanes EB and 1 WB of NW 25th Street from East of SR-826 (Palmetto
Expressway) to East of NW 82nd Ave (Set all MOT)
10:00 pm: Begin Hydro-blasting just west of SR-826 and continue west (2Crews): Hydroblast double
yellow, gores, turn arrows, and white skips in preparation for phase 1B.
12:00 am: Striping will start from SR-826 and continue west lagging behind the hydroblasting
(striping operations will have 2 crews)
3:00 am: Done with Hydroblasting.
4:00 am: Complete paint striping for phase 1B configuration.
5:00 am:Complete paint/tape striping for WB lanes transition just east of NW 82nd Ave including
temporary rpm’s.
6:00 am: Pick up MOT / shift traffic to new configuration and open road up at 7:00 am.
NIGHT 2: 9:00pm to 7:00am (SATURDAY)
9:00 pm: Closing 2 lanes EB and 1 WB of NW 25th Street from East of NW 82nd Ave to East of
NW 87th Ave. (Set all MOT)
10:00 pm: Begin Hydro-blasting just East of NW 82nd Ave and continue west (2Crews): Hydroblast
doubleyellow, gores, turn arrows, and white skips in preparation for phase 1B.
12:00 am: Striping will start from east of NW 82nd Ave and continue west lagging behind the
hydroblasting(striping operations will have 2 crews)
3:00 am: Done with Hydroblasting.
4:00 am: Complete paint striping for phase 1B configuration.
5:00 am:Complete paint/tape striping for WB lanes transition just east of NW 87th Ave including
temporary rpm’s.
6:00 am: Pick up MOT / shift traffic to new configuration and open road up at 7:00 am.
NIGHT 3: 8:00pm to 5:30am (SUNDAY)
8:00 pm: Closing 1 lane EB and 1 WB of NW 25th Street from East of NW 87th Ave to NW 89th
Court. (Set all MOT)
9:00 pm: Begin Hydro-blasting just west of NW 87th Ave and continue west to NW 89 Court
(2Crews): Hydroblast double yellow, gores, turn arrows, and white skips in preparation for
phase 1B.
10:00 pm: Striping will start from just east of NW 87th Ave and continue west to NW 89th Court
lagging behind the hydroblasting (striping operations will have 2 crews)
1:00 am: Done with Hydroblasting.
3:00 am: Complete paint striping for phase 1B configuration including temporary rpm’s.
4:00 am: Pick up MOT / shift traffic to new configuration and open road up at 5:30 am.
5:30 am: Open road up at 5:30 am.
