Dear Sir,
Tender document in respect of sale of old machines as per list given at Annexure-A, containing 22pages as perdetails given at page 3 (Index) are forwarded herewith.
Please note that the sealed tenders duly filled in will be received in the office of the Deputy General Manager on or before 29.01.2009up to 3 p.m.
The price of individual machine as given at annexure – A of the tender documents shall be given. The total price of all the machines given shall not be accepted.
The tender should be signed and dated by the Authorized Signatory in all the pages including the pages provided for in the Tender Document.
The Deputy General Manager reserves the right to accept /reject any or all offers.
This letter shall form the part of the contract and must be signed and returned along with theduly filledtender documents.

Sealed tenders are hereby invited on behalf of the Deputy General Manager, NSIC Technical Services Centre (Rajkot), 80, Feet Road, Bhavnagar road Crossing Aji Industrial Area, Rajkot from Industry owners, Machines Traders, Individuals and others who are interested in buying old/used machines tools and equipments as per list given at Annexure-A (As is where is bases) so as to reach to Deputy General Manager, NSIC-Technical Services Centre (Rajkot), 80, Feet Road, Bhavnagar road Crossing Aji Industrial Area, Rajkotup to 3 p.m. on 29.01.2009 The details as given below:-
a) / Name of the Machines and equipments / As per Annexure-Ab) / Earnest Money Deposit / 5% of the quoted price against each machines & should be rounded off to the nearest 1000 on higher sides. (Example: if calculated EMD is Rs.1001 than Rs.2000/- is to be deposited as EMD).

- Tender Documents may be obtained in persons from our office against payment of Rs. 1000/- by cash or crossed Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of “NSIC Ltd.”Payable at Rajkot and also can be downloaded from our web site from 23.12.2008 to 29.01.2009upto 2 p. m.
- In case Tender Document is downloaded from web site, the cost of Tender Document should be enclosed with the Tender by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of “NSIC Ltd.”Payable atRajkot.
- The other Terms and Conditions applicable to this tender have been incorporated in the tender documents.
- The Deputy General Manager reserves the right to reject all or any tender wholly or partly without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The Tender shall be submitted in accordance with these instructions and any tender not conforming thereto is liable to be rejected. These instructions shall form the part of the tender and contract.
- The tender should be submitted in sealed cover super scribed as “TENDER FOR OLD MACHINES Tender No. NTSC(R)/DGM/Disposal-1/08-09”.
- The In case Tender Document is downloaded from web site, the cost of Tender Document should be enclosed with the Tender by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of “NSIC Ltd.”Payable atRajkot.
- The tender shall be completed in all respect (should be signed and dated by the Authorized Signatory in all pages). The tender received without tender fee shall be rejected outright.
- Earnest Money deposit – 5% of the quoted price for each machine shall be submitted alongwith the tender as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of “NSIC Ltd.Payable atRajkot.
- The Tenderers are free to inspect the tendered machines at the NSIC-Technical Services Centre, Rajkot from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm on the working days from Monday to Friday w.e.f 23.12.2008 to 29.01.2009upto 2 p. m.
- The Tender documents are to read carefully, understand. The general specification is only indicative and offerer has to inspect the machine(s) before quoting.
- This tender documentis to be signed on each page(s) as marked of read, understood and agreed along with offer. The offer without signed this tender document & non-submission is treated as cancelled and will not be considered.

I/We hereby submit our quoted rates in the enclosed format as Annexure-A. The validity of the offer is 60 days from the last date of opening of tenders. Should our tender be accepted I/We agree:-
- A sum of Rs. ______/- (Rupees______
______only) which is 5% of the quoted price is furnished as Earnest Money Deposit shall be retained by NSIC-Technical Services centre on account of security deposit.
- The tender document shall constitute the bind contract between us and NSIC Technical services centre, Rajkot.
- In the event of failure to take delivery of the machine(s) within stipulated time of 10 days period in full you shall be at liberty to forfeit the Earnest Money Deposited.
- Earnest money will be refunded to us without any interest thereof if our tender is not accepted.
