Mounted Rallies : Unless stated otherwise the cost is £12 at Evergreen Riding Stables, £15 at Moulton and Other Indoor Venues [MKEC], £10 at Delapre. Unmounted Rallies are £5 unless practical then the cost will be £7.50. If parents are invited and wish to attend then cost for parent and member together is £8.00.
Training and Rally – these are Area Training and also Rallies which are open to all members
Test Trainings – are by invitation as once training has started this leads to consistency so all those training at that time have completed the same sessions. Names to [as indicated].
Cancellation Charges – Rallies
This was announced at the AGM. After due consideration it has been decided that if a member has booked to attend a Rally and does not turn up or cancels within the week before the Rally date then a charge of £5 will be made. This should help to alleviate unnecessary venue and instructor time costs. All notifications of attendance or cancellation to be made a week prior to the Rally date. If we have booked a venue and instructor then we have to pay for them unless we cancel a week prior to the event.
BOOKING RALLIES
When booking in for a Rally, please let Rosemary know at the time of booking:
1. If you are travelling together
2. If you need an early or later time
3. Any other requests.
Some Rallies are very popular and we operate a ‘first come first served’ policy. If we know numbers early enough, we can either book another instructor or book extra time at the venue. Remember to email: to book in for a rally. If you do not get a reply from her then she has not received it.

Sun 25th : D theory training with Ginny and D+ theory with Allison

Mon 26th : B test training theory with Sarah at Kathy's house. 6-8 pm
