The Law Society’s CJR Training Programme consists of a series of general and specialized courses on different aspects of CJR. This course is the seventh general session of the Programme.
This course is aimed at providing participants with an update on the implementation of the Civil Justice Reform. The topics include:
l  New Practice Direction on E-Discovery
l  Costs related issues
l  Sanctioned Offers and Payments
Level of Instructions:
The course will be conducted as part of an updating series at intermediate level for delegates who have prior knowledge of litigation.

1.  The course is open to all solicitors and trainee solicitors.
2.  Enrolments will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
3.  The CPD Attendance and Bad Weather Policies will apply. Please enquire for further details.
4.  The Academy of Law reserves the right to alter the contents, speakers or otherwise of this course or to cancel this course.
5.  Places cannot be reserved by facsimile. Registrations will only be accepted upon full payment of the course fee and receipt of the registration form.
6.  Course fees shall under no circumstances be refunded. If you cannot attend a booked course, you may transfer your booking to a replacement delegate provided that the Academy is notified in writing at least one clear day in advance of the scheduled course date.
7.  If the course becomes full and you wish to have your name entered onto the waiting list of this course, please complete the enrolment slip and return it to the Academy together with the payment of the appropriate course fee. You will be notified before the date of the course if we are able to offer you a place at the course. A registrant whose enrolment is unsuccessful will receive a refund of the appropriate course fee.
