Use 2nd indicator 1 where NOTIS copy status code would have been 2 or 3 (multipart monograph, multipart looseleaf, or serial, i.e. any MFHD requiring 866)

<Acquisitions may need to determine what to use for NOTIS copy status code 0, since there is no equivalent in MARC21>
