NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
ON THE MONMOUTH COUNTY
SUBSTANTIAL AMMENDMENT TO THE FY2013 ONE YEAR ACTION PLAN
The Monmouth County Office of Community Development is proposing to amend its FY2013 One Year Action Plan component of the 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan. Monmouth County expects to submit the Substantial Amendment to the FY2013 Annual Action Plan to HUD on or before December 31, 2015.
The County’s FY2013 Annual Action Plan identifies the needs of homeless, low-income, and special needs populations and describes activities the consortium intends to undertake to address the priorities and specific objectives for housing and community development. In addition, the Plan identifies the public and private funding sources that will be used to carry out the needs and objectives outlined in the Plan. The Substantial Amendment increases allocations for two ongoing projects: Grow Monmouth Façade Program and Spring Lake Heights ADA Improvements to Senior Center. The Substantial Amendment also allocates funds for The Monmouth County Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) requires a 30 day public comment period which will start at midnight October 29, 2015 and end at midnight November 29, 2015.
Copies of the Substantial Amendment to the FY2013 Annual Action Plan will be available on the Division of Planning and Community Development of the Monmouth County website at www.visitmonmouth.com.
