1. Recreation Board – Discussion/Decision: Update the council on current recreation programs and playing field needs
2. Jason Burningham (Lewis Young Robertson & Burningham, Inc.) – Information Only: Discussion of the recently completed Mountain Green Interchange Fiscal & Economic Impact Analysis
3. County Council – Discussion/Decision: Morgan County intends to increase its property taxes. The dollar amount of the proposed increase will be $473,277 in the general fund, $100,000 in the capital improvement fund and $35,000 in the library fund. The purpose for the increase is: 1) Purchase of a new ambulance, 2) Fund 911 emergency dispatch services, 3) Recover the loss of centrally assessed revenue, 4) Use of general funds for road projects, 5) Funding of capital projects, 6) Funding of library services. The approximate percentage of increase will be 22%
4. Kyle Hooker (Barefoot Tubing) – Discussion/Decision: Redo the BFT Lease on County property. Increase parking to the Southwest of current parking area.
5. Jamie Grandpre (Morgan City) – Discussion/Decision: Morgan City requesting building permit fees waived for Morgan City Wastewater Treatment Facility Phase 1
6. Gina Grandpre – Discussion/Decision: Rollins Ranch Water CUP
7. Gina Grandpre – Discussion/Decision: Dickson rezone – A request to amend the Rezone approximately 14.75 acres of property located at approximately 665 W. Richville Lane from the Agricultural (A-20) to Ranch Residential 10 (RR-10) *Continuation of a Public Hearing*
8. Lance Evans – Discussion/Decision: Request the release of payment to PDS Services, Bruce Parker, for the services on the Morgan County Resource Management Plan.
9. Ned Mecham – Discussion/Decision: State of Utah Contract for Predator Damage Management
10. Ned Mecham – Discussion/Decision: September 19, 2017 vote for a Planning Commission for Mountain Green against State Code
11. Stephen Lyon – Discussion/Decision: Support the “Morgan Loop Scenic Byway” with a letter of support to Utah Office of Tourism/UDOT Scenic Byway
12. John Barber – Discussion/Decision: Approve an annual budget line item for Morgan Area Chamber for (Chamber dues, Co-op Marketing & Northern Utah Chamber Coalition). Approve revenue source for payment
13. Tina Cannon – Discussion Decision: 2017 Equipment Budget for County Fire to be used in full for fire turnout replacements. Possible purchase of an ambulance in 2017
14. Tina Cannon – Discussion/Decision: Morgan County nomination for American Mothers Inc.
