NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

The Assistant Engineer, CRMD M-3131, PWD (NCTD), Majnu Ka Tilla, Delhi invites, on behalf of President of India, sealed percentage rate quotations from approved and eligible contractors of CPWD for the following work:

Name of work : A/R & M/O roads under PWD CRMD M-313 dg.2014-15 (SH: Supplying of SFRC Cover and Precast RCC manhole covers in Sub Division M-3131 (Section-I)

Estimated Cost of the aforesaid work : Rs.4,98,870/-
Earnest Money :Rs.9,977/-
Time allowed : 7 days

Schedule: Enclosed.

Quotations shall be issued to only those contractors who will submit the following documents along-with their application.

(1)  Attested copy of valid CPWD Registration Certificate of appropriate category.

(2)  Attested copy of Registration Certificate under Delhi Value Added Tax 2004.

(3)  Attested copy of Latest return filed in VAT department

Terms and Conditions:

1.  The work shall be executed as per CPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2.  The time for completion of work shall be 45 days.

3.  Necessary recovery shall be made in the bill including Contractor’s Workers Welfare Cess @ 1%.

4.  The payment shall be made after execution of work at site.

5.  No T&P/Material shall be issued by the department.

Earnest Money of Rs.9977/- shall be deposited along with quotation in cash/receipt treasury challan/deposit at call receipt of a scheduled bank/fixed deposit receipt of scheduled bank/demand draft of a scheduled bank/bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank.

Last Date & time of issue of quotation: - Up to 1.00 PM on 25-08-2014

Last date & time of receipt of quotation: - Up to 2.00 PM on 25-08-2014

Time and date of opening of quotation: - 3.00 PM on 25-08-2014
