An Agreement has been written up between tenants and NWLDC about what is evidence of a good service from the council to its tenants
AG handed out info on Tenants Top Ten (TTT) Performance Indicators
AG explained various examples of offers
The Group approved the amendments to the existing Repairs & Investment Team-related Local Offer.
The Group agreed to reduce the number of KPIs to 5:
  • The first three are included in the Tenant’s Top Ten (TTT). They are:
-Percentage of emergency repairs completed within 24 hours
-The percentage of total responsive repairs completed within target satisfaction
-Percentage of total repairs completed within target
  • The following 3 PIs are part of the 2014 - 2015 Council Delivery Plan:
-Percentage of customers satisfied with adaptations
-Percentage of customers satisfied with responsive repairs (duplicates the second item above in the TTT)
-Percentage of customers satisfied with DHIP programme
AG explained about tenant feedback on satisfaction within Housing Repairs on Emergencies, Satisfaction, Jobs completed on target
JC explained about tenants filling in (or not filling in) satisfaction surveys
JC explained that figures are from people who have filled out the survey. Because of this, not everybody that has had works done have contributed to the figures.
All surveys are now done electronically. No paper surveys since June
