NOTES FOR GUIDANCE ON COMPLETING BALLOT FORM

  1. All members, including those unable to attend the AGM, are urged to complete and return this ballot form.
  1. Please vote, by highlighting in BOLD,the motions you would wish to be debated at the AGM, or deleting any motions and just leave the remaining motions (maximum up to 9) you wish to be debated at AGM.
  1. Refer to Notice of Motions – AGM 02/2017 – for content of motions.
  1. Members are invited to vote for up to 9motions in total.
  1. The order of business will be based on ensuring that the highest voted motion under each committee heading will be debated following the committee order as set out in the motions booklet.
  1. There are 3 committee headings under which no motions have been received:
