County Commissioners are invited to attend this District Meeting to network with fellow County Commissioners and participate in discussion of current issues that affect your County. You will enjoy aDeliciousOutdoor Grilled Steak dinner with all the trimmings provided by Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc. Please invite your local legislators to attend with you. With legislation that has been enacted, legislation that may be considered next session, and these difficult economic times, it is more important than ever to attend and to learn, share, and build relationships that can support Commissioners in their responsibilities.

DIRECTIONS: Mulzer’s River Camp is on the south side of State Road 66, approximately 1 mile west of Troy, Indiana. There will be a small sign reading “Mulzer Camp” on the south side of the road which will mark the entrance drive.

GOLF EVENT:

LOCATION: Christmas Lake Golf Course, 1182 South Country Club Drive, Santa Claus, In 47579 - 812-544-2255

Driving Instructions: From I-64 take exit 63 (Santa Claus exit). Go south on SR 162 for 7 miles to ST 245, turn left on SR 245 south. Follow SR 245 south for 2 miles and turn right (off sharp curve) to Christmas Lake Golf Course.

COUNTY OFFICIALS: You are invited as guests of the Associate Members.

SHOTGUN START: Time 10:45 a.m. Santa Claus, time(11:45a.m. Indianapolis time)

Please arrive by 10:30 a.m. (Central Time) 11:30am (Eastern Time) for starting tees and course instructions.

LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS: The snack bar will be open for lunch and refreshmentsprior to shotgun start.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS: Inviting your own foursome is the best way to ensure that you are in the foursome you want to be in. Non-paired golfers are welcome; you will be placed in a foursome. The course will accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, or cash. Green fees, lunch and beverages are divided equally between each Associate Member who attends.

All County Officials are invited to participate in the Golf Outing & Lunch and the Meeting, Reception & Dinner as guests of the Associate Members at no cost.

At the end of the Reception & Dinner the total cost will be divided equally between the Associate Members attending the event. Please keep in mind that your company/organization’s portion is determined by how many people attend the reception/dinner. In the past the cost has ranged between $100 - $150 per Associate attending. All participating Associates will be recognized at the beginning of the evening as sponsors.

REGISTRATION OPENS 5/15/2015

At the end of the Golf Outing the total cost will be divided equally between the Associate Members attending the event. Please keep in mind that your company/organization’s portion is determined by how many people attend the Golf Outing. The cost historically has ranged $100-$200 per Associate attending. All participating Associates will be recognized as sponsors of the event.
